Welcome. The future of I-270 is taking shape. We appreciate your participation in this virtual open house. CDOT has analyzed two operating options considered for I-270 — General Purpose Lanes and Express Lanes — and has identified Express Lanes as part of the Preferred Alternative for improving I-270. Hello and welcome to our virtual open house. I-270 is the most congested freeway in the state of Colorado. CDOT is looking forward to making improvements in this corridor to better accommodate many forms of transportation. If you missed our previous virtual events in 2020 you can get up to speed by viewing past meeting contents on the project website at the link in the presentation below this video. Scroll through our open house and read through the information below to learn about community commitments, project design details and the project schedule. Express Lanes are included in the Preferred Alternative. Analysis and support for this decision is included in the detailed comparison with a traditional general purpose lane.
